Refund Policy

Last updated: May 11, 2026

This refund policy applies to all paid services on FirmCritics, including the Standard Listing ($499/year) and Business Listing ($1,199/year) plans.

All Payments Are Final

All payments made to FirmCritics are non-refundable.

When you purchase a listing, we deliver the services exactly as described in your selected plan and as discussed at the time of purchase. Each plan involves committed editorial, design, and promotional resources from our team, which we allocate as soon as your order is confirmed. For this reason, we do not issue refunds — partial or full — once payment has been received, except in the limited circumstance described under "If We Cannot Deliver" below.

By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have reviewed your chosen plan, understand exactly what is included, and agree that no refund will be issued after payment other than in that limited circumstance.

If any deliverable in your plan is unclear, please contact us at [email protected] before purchasing — we'll walk you through exactly what's included so you can decide with full information.

What's Included in Each Plan

We deliver each item below as described. Deliverables do not change after purchase unless mutually agreed in writing.

Standard Listing — $499/Year

Business Listing — $1,199/Year

Everything in the Standard plan, plus:

Cancellation Without Refund

You may cancel your listing at any time by emailing [email protected].

In short: cancelling stops future renewals. It does not return any fees already paid.

Non-Renewal

Listings do not auto-renew. Approximately 30 days before your listing expires, we will send a reminder email with the option to renew. If you choose not to renew, your listing will be removed at the end of the paid period and no further charges will be made.

If We Cannot Deliver

We stand behind the work we promise. If you believe a deliverable in your plan has not been provided as described, please contact us at [email protected] with details. We will review the case and resolve it directly with you — in most cases, by completing or correcting the deliverable in question.

In situations where we are genuinely unable to deliver a service that we have committed to — for example, a promised placement is no longer technically possible, a feature has been retired from the platform, or a committed deliverable cannot be fulfilled for reasons on our side — we may issue a partial or full refund covering the affected portion of your plan.

Refunds under this clause are:

This is the only scenario in which a refund will be issued after purchase. Refunds will not be issued for reasons such as changing your mind, lack of inbound traffic to your listing, dissatisfaction with content style, or any cause outside our committed deliverables.

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute after services have been delivered, or are in the process of being delivered, is considered a violation of this policy. We reserve the right to:

If you have a billing concern, please contact us directly before filing a dispute with your payment provider. We respond to all billing inquiries within 2 business days and will work with you in good faith to resolve any issue.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes apply only to purchases made after the updated policy is published. Your existing terms remain governed by the policy in effect at the time of your purchase.
